Haigler is a great company and our famous IT guy Rich is amazing here at Treace Medical Concepts. The man can fix any problem within a few minutes, and it amazes me because almost about every other week I'm having some sort of technical issue and Rich is always there to fix it. We have had our alarm system with Haigler Systems for many years. Before we had CPI and the system failed often. Their only solution was to install new equipment at our cost and raise our monthly payment. We have had no issues with Haigler Systems equipment and our monthly payment has never been raised. Can’t recommend them enough.
